Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) will trade tackle with the defending champions, Enugu Rangers in one of the Match Day 16 fixtures in the ongoing Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) on Wednesday at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu.


The Sky Blue Stars still basking in the euphoria of its first back to back win in the NPFL are currently sitted 16th on the log and would try to get something away from home. The current League champion are coming to this game from a back to back loss from Rivers United and Katsina United and a win for them could restore their winning confidence.

The Sky Blue Stars gradually gaining momentum in the League and could possibly shock the current League champions when they trade tackle for the first time in the NPFL.

Technical Adviser of Remo Stars Football Club, Osho Fatai has indicated that the team needs to start picking points on the road and getting maximum points against Enugu Rangers will be great for his team. Osho also said that the way a team plays in the Nigeria League determines the team’s point on the league. “We need to start picking points on the road, getting maximum points against the defending champions will be spectacular.”
