Springsoca United Academy has officially announced the return of its flagship youth development programme, the Mainland Summer Camp – Legends Meet Future Stars, a week-long football development initiative designed to nurture young talents, provide elite coaching, and create life-changing opportunities for aspiring footballers across Nigeria.
Scheduled to take place from August 10 to August 16, 2026, at the Legacy Pitch, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, the camp is open to boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 23 years, offering participants an immersive football experience that combines professional training, education, competition and international exposure.
The highly anticipated second edition will feature former Super Eagles striker and Nigerian football legend Daniel “The Bull” Amokachi as the official Camp Ambassador, bringing decades of elite football experience and mentorship to inspire the next generation of stars.
Under the inspiring theme, “Train Hard, Play Smart, Have Fun,” the Mainland Summer Camp aims to provide a platform where passion meets opportunity, helping young footballers develop both technically and mentally while preparing them for the next stage of their football journey.
More than just a football camp, Legends Meet Future Stars 2.0 is designed to bridge the gap between grassroots football and the global stage.
Participants will benefit from structured training sessions delivered by experienced coaches alongside international scouts and coaches from Portugal, providing an invaluable opportunity for talented players to showcase their abilities before football professionals with global networks.
