Premier League side Fulham are closing in on the signing of Nigerian defender Chibuike Nwaiwu, with the Super Eagles centre-back expected to travel to England later this week to complete his medical ahead of a proposed transfer.
The 22-year-old, who made his senior Nigeria debut earlier this year, has reportedly agreed to personal terms with the Cottagers on what sources close to the player have described as a “life-changing” contract.
