Spanish club Sevilla have reportedly rejected a €10 million offer from newly promoted Serie A side Venezia for Nigerian striker Akor Adams as interest in the Super Eagles forward continues to grow ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to reports from Spain, Venezia identified Adams as one of their priority attacking targets following their promotion to Italy’s top flight. However, Sevilla are unwilling to part ways with the striker unless their valuation is met.
Sevilla Stand Firm
Despite ongoing financial challenges that have forced Sevilla to consider player sales, the club is not prepared to sell Adams at what it believes is below his market value.
The Andalusian side reportedly values the 26-year-old between €20 million and €25 million, with some reports suggesting they could even demand as much as €30 million before sanctioning a transfer.
Having signed Adams from French side Montpellier in January 2025 for around €5 million, Sevilla are keen to maximise their investment after the Nigerian’s impressive performances in La Liga.

Adams has enjoyed an excellent debut campaign in Spain, quickly establishing himself as one of Sevilla’s most reliable attacking options.
The Super Eagles striker has scored 10 goals and provided three assists in 32 appearances this season, earning praise for his strength, movement, and finishing ability.
