SOUTHAMPTON have reportedly joined the hunt for Henry Onyekuru. The striker is currently plying his trade at KAS Eupen in Belgium.
He has impressed since making his debut in 2015 and his impressive displays have not gone unnoticed. Everton, West Brom, Crystal Palace and Middlesbrough have all been monitoring his progress.
And it’s suggested the Saints are now in the hunt as well, Onyekuru is keen to play in England and the 19-year-old could be packing his bags soon. Celtic came close to sealing his signature in January. But their swoop was snubbed by Eupen.
The starlet has also turned down moves to Belgian heavyweights Club Brugge and Anderlecht. Despite his relative youth, Onyekuru has bagged 20 goals for Eupen this season.
