Technical Adviser of Remo Stars Football Club, Fatai Osho has indicated that he is excited with the 2-1 victory over Wikki Tourist Football Club.
Osho while speaking with the media indicated that despite the win, the team isn’t still comfortable with it’s position on the table. “We feel excited because we worked to get the victory, you can see how much we fought to get the victory against Wikki Tourist who also have much quality in their team.”
Victor Mbaoma’s spot kick in the 80th minute secured the maximum points for Remo Stars Football Club, Both teams started brilliantly with the home side having an early chance through David Onovo in the 2nd minute before Ekene Awazie got another chance but Emeka Nwabulu saves well for the visitors.
Wikki Tourist had their first chance through Idris Guda Molid in the 10th minute of the game but he anxiously played directly to Walbe David’s hand.
Debutant Chidume Victor put the host ahead in the 41st minute after he carefully slots in from Abiodun Awoyemi’s wonderful pass. Just minutes after the goal, the Sky Blue Stars were still rejoicing when Richard Jonathan got an equaliser for the visitors from a long throws that goes over the defenders.

The game ended in favour of Remo Stars Football Club and the victory indicates the first back to back victory for Fatai Osho and his lads.

The Sky Blue Stars next point of call is a trip to Enugu to trade tackles with Rangers International, the current champions of the Nigeria Professional Football League.
