NPFL Stars Storm Ajegunle For Bello Boys – As Club Reunion Holds This Friday

Naval Barracks, Boundary-Ajegunle, Lagos will on Friday come alive from 1pm, as several players from various clubs in Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) and other divisions of the domestic scene have been invited to be part of a reunion planned by Bello Boys FC.
The event is the brainchild of some England-based former players of the Ajegunle, Lagos-based club that was also once known as Christ Ambassadors Sports Association (CASA).
A specially designed promotional leaflet of the event revealed that the roll call of NPFL players and those from lower divisions in the domestic league expected to feature for home-based CASA at the occasion is led by Sikiri Alimi of Warri Wolves.
Also billed to grace the turf in an exhibition match against foreign-based products of the club are As well as Ayo Saka of Sunshine Stars, Essien Joseph of Bayelsa United, Warila Boundary of Ikorodu United, Ebitimi Agogo of Shooting Stars.
They will be joined by several former league players, among who are Wale Opebiyi, Karimu Aringbere, Bukky Owolabi, Monday Okpala, Ifeanyi Odey, Sule Ahmedu, Segun Agani, Olobuyo Afis, Ezekiel Gaza, Benjamin Olodu, Oluseyi Olusegun, Owolabi Faruk, Uba Garuba, John Buba, Austin Churchill, Emmanuel Appah and Jude Akuego.
The first game of the day, starting at 1pm, will be between CASA Junior and Otuke FC, after which CASA Senior take on Bello Boys FC Products
Guest artistes invited to perform include Oritshefemi, Flextaman, Kimi Panty, Raymond King, Oghele Boys, Trumpet Boys and DJ Strange, while the special invitees will be led by CASA financier, Deacon Steve Ampie as well as Watford of England star, Odion Jude Ighalo’s mentor, Don Kefe and Bishop Joseph Anthony.
