Following a thrilling opening day that produced ten goals, standout individual performances, and plenty of excitement, the inaugural Lagos Queens Cup returns on Thursday with another captivating round of fixtures at the Legacy Pitch, Surulere, as Nigeria’s brightest young female footballers continue their quest to impress international scouts.

The morning’s action begins at 7:00am with Dannaz Ladies taking on CATS Ladies, before attention shifts to one of the tournament’s headline encounters at 8:00am, where Ayisat Yusuf FA face Asisat Oshoala Academy in a highly anticipated showdown between two of the country’s leading talent development programmes.

At 9:00am, Dreamstar Ladies will be tested by the experienced FC Robo Queens, while Victory Queens conclude the day’s schedule against Nakamura FA at 10:00am in another fixture expected to showcase the depth of emerging talent within Nigeria’s women’s game.

Beyond the results, the Lagos Queens Cup continues to deliver on its core objective of connecting elite young players with professional opportunities beyond Nigeria’s borders.
