Inter Milan head coach Cristian Chivu has reportedly handed Nigerian midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro a fresh opportunity to prove himself at the club following his return from a loan spell with Pisa.
The 20-year-old has rejoined the Nerazzurri after Pisa were unable to complete a permanent transfer despite having a reported €7.5 million purchase option in the loan agreement. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie B club failed to activate the clause due to a bureaucratic issue, paving the way for Akinsanmiro’s return to San Siro.
