Victor Osimhen continues to earn admiration across Europe, and now his Galatasaray teammate Mario Lemina has delivered perhaps the strongest praise yet, describing the Nigerian forward as the “most complete striker” he has ever seen.

Osimhen’s remarkable form has been one of the driving forces behind Galatasaray’s dominant campaign in Turkey, with the Super Eagles star once again proving decisive during the club’s title-winning run.

The Nigerian striker scored twice in Galatasaray’s emphatic 4-2 victory over Antalyaspor last weekend, a result that secured the club’s fourth consecutive Turkish Super Lig title and further strengthened his reputation as one of football’s elite forwards.

Since arriving in Turkey in 2024, Osimhen has been in devastating form in front of goal, scoring 59 times in 74 appearances across all competitions.

In his debut campaign, the former SSC Napoli striker netted 37 goals to inspire Galatasaray to a historic domestic double.

Despite battling injury setbacks during parts of this season, the 27-year-old still delivered 22 goals in all competitions, underlining why the Turkish giants broke their transfer record to secure his permanent signing for €75 million last summer.

Speaking on The 360 Experience with Onan Khosi, Lemina praised Osimhen’s mentality, leadership, and relentless desire to win, insisting those qualities separate him from other top strikers in world football.

“Victor Osimhen is the world’s best striker,” Lemina said.

When someone shouts on the pitch, it’s positive for the team because it shows passion and desire.”

The Gabon midfielder went on to describe Osimhen as a “warrior,” highlighting the Nigerian’s fierce competitiveness as his greatest strength.

“His best quality is his competitiveness. He always wants to win,” Lemina added.

Osimhen’s future, however, remains one of the biggest talking points ahead of the summer transfer window.

The prolific forward continues to attract serious interest from several European heavyweights, although no final decision has been made regarding whether he will remain in Istanbul beyond this season.

Meanwhile, the Super Eagles star is expected to miss Galatasaray’s final league fixture of the 2025/26 campaign against Kasımpaşa as the newly crowned champions prepare to close out another successful season in style.
