Super Falcons goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie, was in the sticks for Brighton during their first win over West Ham in the Women’s Super League on Sunday.
The Nigerian goalie who was commanding between the posts put up a decent performance in the encounter. Her presence doubled with crucial saves from her saw to it that Brighton earned the deserved three points. Her performance was however dented with a penalty committed by her.
Goals from Marisa Olislagers, Rosa Kafaji, Kiko Seike, and Caitlin Hayes were enough to seal the win for the hosts, although the visitors, West Ham, responded with a goal from the spot.
This win comes in as a reward for the promising start shown by the Seagulls in their first two league matches. And with it, they will now climb up to the 6th position on the table.
