The engagement, held at the agency’s headquarters, brought together members of the committee and the newly constituted ODSFA management committee. It served as a platform to address current challenges, share future priorities, and align on the overall strategic direction of football development in the state.
During the session, the lawmakers stressed the importance of transparency, accountability, and effective service delivery, while acknowledging that sustainable football growth requires solid institutional frameworks and consistent government backing.

Hon. Oguntodu encouraged the management team to turn its outlined plans into visible actions, particularly in grassroots engagement and the rehabilitation of critical infrastructure. He also disclosed that the committee would carry out periodic assessments to ensure targets are met.
