FC Ifeanyi Ubah have been charged for breaching the Framework & Rule of theĀ #NPFLĀ following their refusal to continue with the game vs Kano Pillars, prompting the game to be called off.


Mr Yaw Preko of FC Ifeanyi Ubah is hereby reprimanded & has 48 hours, not later than Wednesday, January 18, 2017, to accept the sanction or elect to appeal.Mr Yaw Preko of FC Ifeanyi Ubah failed/neglected to take reasonable steps to ensure his players & other employees under his control accept the decisions of the match officials in theĀ #NPFLĀ game vs Kano Pillars.Ā Mr Yaw Preko of FC Ifeanyi Ubah has been charged for breaching the Code of Conduct for Managers & Coaches in theĀ #NPFLĀ Framework & Rules andĀ Mr Igwe Jonathan of FC Ifeanyi Ubah also has 48 hours, not later than Wednesday, January 18, 2017 to accept the sanctions or elect to appeal.Ā Mr Igwe Jonathan of FC Ifeanyi Ubah is hereby suspended from allĀ #NPFLĀ match venues till the NFF Ethics Committee determines this matter.Ā Mr Igwe Jonathan of FC Ifeanyi Ubah shall pay a fine of N500,000 for conduct capable of bringing theĀ #NPFLĀ to disrepute.Ā Mr Igwe persistently challenged the ref’s decisions, communicated on the phone improperly within the technical area & ordered FC Ifeanyi Ubah players to leave the pitch & discontinue theĀ #NPFLĀ game vs Kano Pillars,Ā Mr Igwe Jonathan of FC Ifeanyi Ubah conducted himself in a manner capable of bringing theĀ #NPFLĀ to disrepute.Ā Mr Igwe Jonathan of FC Ifeanyi Ubah has also been charged for misconduct during theĀ #NPFLĀ game vs Kano Pillars on Saturday.Ā

This shall be suspended for a probationary period of the remainder of the season.Ā For conduct capable of bringing theĀ #NPFLĀ to disrepute, FC Ifeanyi Ubah shall pay a fine of N1m.Ā Also FC Ifeanyi Ubah will have 2 points deducted from accrued points, which is suspended for a probationary period of the remainder of theĀ #NPFLĀ season owing to hindering & infringing on fulfillmentĀ of the Broadcast Contract.Ā FC Ifeanyi Ubah will pay a fine of N5m for hindering & infringing the live TV Broadcast of theĀ #NPFLĀ game vs Kano Pillars.Ā FC Ifeanyi Ubah will further forfeit 3 points from accrued points which will be suspended for a probationary period of the remainder of theĀ #NPFLĀ season.Ā FC Ifeanyi Ubah will also forfeit 3 points, 3 goals from theĀ #NPFLĀ game which shall be credited to their opponents Kano Pillars.Ā For refusing to continue theĀ #NPFLĀ game vs Kano Pillars on Saturday, FC Ifeanyi Ubah will pay a fine of N3m.Ā FC Ifeanyi Ubah are also charged for conducting themselves in behaviour capable of bringing theĀ #NPFLĀ to disrepute & acting in a manner capable of causing serious security breach.Ā FC Ifeanyi Ubah are also charged for hindering & infringing on the fulfilment of the Broadcast Contract of theĀ #NPFLĀ in the course of refusing to continue the game vs Kano Pillars on Saturday.Ā
