The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) has set the stage for its biggest night, officially announcing the Top Three Nominees in the Men’s Categories for the highly anticipated CAF Awards 2025.
The prestigious ceremony, celebrating the standout achievements across African football from January 6 to October 15, 2025, will take place in Rabat, Morocco, on 19 November 2025.
The battle for the continent’s top individual honour, Men’s Player of the Year, features three absolute giants of the game:
Mohamed Salah (Egypt / Liverpool)
Achraf Hakimi (Morocco / Paris Saint-Germain)
Victor Osimhen (Nigeria / Galatasaray)
These three superstars, who have dominated for both club and country this year, will compete to lift the coveted award.
Morocco, fresh off a stellar year, features heavily across multiple categories, with several stars and teams making the final cut. South Africa and DR Congo also have strong representation.
