Two second half goals from Gabriel Adeboye in the 63rd and Sunday Owoyemi in the 85th gave Bayelsa United a two zero spanking over visitors My people Fc of Lagos at the Nembe City stadium, Nembe.

After the game Technical adviser of Bayelsa United Dabaere Dokubo said he is pleased the outcome of the game. “Coach Daboere Dokubo however said that he is happy with the quality of play shown by his players but they are still working towards imperfection”
Attia Yusuf technical adviser of My People Fc attributed the loss to lack of concentration. “Coach Attia Yusuf stressed that the restoration boys need to on their attacking department”
